Following the outcomes and action identified as a part of the Performance sessions, there will be a list of activities and deliverables that have been agreed to and mandated by the collective team. Depending on urgency, internal resources and time to execute on, TRIAVICA offers clients a program where our services are engaged to manage the transformation to conclusion. TRIAVICA’s role may be to facilitate the changes necessary, coach and mentor constituents who will be responsible for the core functionality that has been identified as a priority to success.


The program is an open-ended engagement designed to provide the business owner access to the necessary resources in order to fulfill the agreed list of priorities and executables necessary to drive accelerated results. In some cases the engagement is short term and considered a project within the program. In most cases a longer term iterative program approach is employed as TRIAVICA becomes the trusted counsel to the business owner and executive team. This methodology is based on the principles employed by the Institute for Independent Business International (, a not-for-profit training and accreditation body which was established in 1984 in the UK and became International since 2000 to help the SME business sector.
